We interupt Big Game season for some birds.

Hung out Saturday in Sheridan county and visited my friend and hunted a few of his birds. Was a beautiful day, the calm before the storm, was just me and my two hounds, we saw quite a few birds, though the next day my buddy called and let me know birds were bailing into his crp left and right during the storm! I managed to put three roosters in my bag, thanks to some nice dog work. They needed a little hunting, sometimes I get so involved with the Elk and Deer hunting, if forget to get them out, so this year I am making a real effort to get them out at least once a week, it is a tough job but someone needs to do it.

You dare post a bird hunting thread without pictures?!?! Just kidding, sounds like fun....I haven't gotten to bird hunting yet either.

I've been doing some duck and pheasant hunting but haven't taken time to post pictures.
I'll be heading out tomorrow for ducks in the valley before I head for Wy for four days of deer hunting between Cody and the MT border.
