Vortex warranty work

I have a razor HD 11x33 that the zoom quit working this morning while scouting so cut my time in the field down so my question is how long does it usually take vortex to get warranty work back to you?

I had some binos done and it took several weeks. However they asked if I needed them sooner implying they will put it on priority if needed.

If you need a quick turn around all you need to do is ask them to put it on the priority list. I had a pair of binos that were repaired and back to me in 9 days. Great customer service.

They have good customer service but I have had to use it too often in my opinion. I plan on sticking to the german glass in the future.

My buddy took some broken vortex binos in to scheels even though he didn't buy them there.

They pulled a new pair out behind the glass and gave them to him.

Just sayin.

I tried taking them to sportsmans because they were bought there and the guy just told me to send it in... I was told they'd replace it right there but I guess not.
