Utah Monroe/Dutton/Plateau cow elk

We are looking to hunt the last three days of the season Dec. 2,3,4 and hopefully fill a couple cow tags. Any late season knowledge would be greatly appreciated. The area is huge (Fishlake, Dutton, Boulder, Monroe). We hunted the Monroe unit in October and found plenty of bulls, but it has since snowed and day time temps are now below 30. I think what we learned in mid October wont be relevant now.
