I think if Utah does have a voter initiative. It is time to look into getting rid of the wealth tags.

The fact that there is even an Expo and so many and such a high percentage of permits are for sale and not in the drawing in UT is what hunters should be concerns about. It doesn't matter who conducts the sale, you have already lost those permits because they are not in the drawing. You can call em whatever you want, sportsmans permits, conservation permits, expo permits but the result is the same, control of permits to hunt YOUR wildlife has been turned over the private entities to sell. UT's model is to privatize as much hunting as possible. UT hunters should be in full revolt.
