Not to knitpick but the Fish Wildlife Service (US FWS) is charged with ESA not the Forest Service.
Remember for those that submit comments make sure they are clear, concise, and if possible substantive (science). Commenting you don't like wolves or save an elk smoke a pack a day hold zero merit. Also in most comment processes form letters from groups where you only add your name get counted as 1 comment not 10,000 so unique comments tend to be better

Done! It seems silly, but getting as many comments as possible is important. In general, the greens have figured this out already and have the ability to flood the comment portion of rule making making it sound as if the whole of the American people support or oppose a topic.
