My timing is impeccable we sold our house about 2 weeks before covid hit and are renting until we find what we want, yah right. Although it may work out as the wife is totally on board for leaving Illinois once her son finishes school in 5 more years.

Here property value has increased 43% since the start of covid. I feel for those who were left behind!
