UPS says my Shaw replacement barrel is coming.
Three months to the day, almost, that's what they claim it will take. 358 win 1x12 twist threaded mussel and 4 straight flutes blued small shank, savage magnum taper 22" long. It's like waiting for Santa on Christmas night. Although I won't be putting it on till after at least one deer with the 6.5 Needmoor barrel. The needmoor has taken 4 coyotes and some P dogs, but not a deer/antelope. I know the 6 and a half it a better choice for deer and even more so on an antelope, but you know, I want a 35/308 just because. When I get it, I'll put up a pic, and when I get it on, I'll put a Pic up. As I work up a load, I'll do pics, THAN when the first blood, you know I'll put pics up. But all that will likely be sometime in December.
