Unit 8A-8-11A Idaho ,Bull Elk??

Does anyone out there have any info on these units, hunted with a Res from Orofino 3 years ago. And he want me to come out and try it again. I Rifled it the last time, but am thinking of doing it with a Bow.
Thought it would be better to try when their in the rut and Bugling stage. Since I'm in a chair and need to hunt wallow and trails.
I hunted the Clearwater area before but never this area, My friend moved to the Orofino area and says there is alot of private land there and better Bulls.
Would appreciate as much help you can give...

This will be a 2003 hunt. This year is out of the question.
