Can anyone tell me about elk numbers and quality of the bulls taken out of 120 recently?

Here's the url to the 2016 Wyoming elk harvest data, which should be a decent indicator of elk numbers in the unit. Unfortunately, it's not going to give you any info on the quality of the bulls taken.

yeah i seen the stats for the unit but was hoping someone that had hunted the unit recently or knows the unit would help with if this unit was worth 9 points.
