I had a 2010 19 foot Keystone Hideout bunkhouse. It was fine with 2 kids, but with 3, it got too small. We now have 2011 21 foot (fiberglass body) Jayco Jayfeather Select. It's 1/2 ton towable, has bunks, a sleeper couch, fold down dinette, and a king sized bed that slides out the back. I agree with the other posters that condition is more important than brand. I would suggest getting it inspected, particularly the roof.
