Caught one yesterday in a trap that has probably been rebaited a handful of times and nothing caught in the last month. It’s next to the hot wire around the sweet corn. I rebaited on Sunday, tossed a young ear of sweet corn in as well and seems to have done the trick.

First bobcat was a cat of that year:






Second cat was 1.5 years old.





3rd and largest cat was 9.5 years old. Pretty dang old for a wild bobcat.





Super rewarding and fun winter last year. Getting excited for the upcoming trapping season. Need to find a tom this go-round.
