Given the Hunttalk discussion on earlier generation Tundras this past year, I thought I would first post my truck for sale here before pushing it to Marketplace. I have owned this truck since 2014, bought it from a guy in Big Timber. I have had no mechanical issues to date, but it is time to upgrade. No obvious signs of rust and none noted by mechanics. There are a few minor dings on the exterior and back bumper. Smoke-free. Please PM if you want to discuss. Thank you

2006 Tundra SR5 4.7L, 4 door
  • 4wd
  • 6.25 ft bed
  • 157,370 miles
  • Clean title, no accidents (except that deer that hit me between Livingston and Bozeman in 2015, but insurance covered the front panel repair)
  • Regular maintenance done at Rising Sun Toyota, last serviced at 156,642 and received a clean bill of health
  • Timing belt/water pump replaced at 117k miles
  • Suspension replaced at 152k miles
  • Front bumper (deer) guard... which that deer somehow threaded the needle
  • Bed liner
  • After market brake controller installed (towed an R-Pod camper for a few summers)
  • Cooper AT3 tires purchased at ~ 145k miles, so still lots of life and tread.
  • 90% of my driving is in town or highway, 10% on dirt roads so its lived an easy life
  • Drove last summer from Bozeman to central Colorado and back, no issues.
  • Asking $15,000, which is in line with comparable trucks in this region with a clean title (not many of those!) and ~ 150k miles.

Nice ride. I had the same 2006, red with access doors instead. 231k when I got rid of it in 2016 and still running great.
