It’s a very broad question and can go in so many ways. I’d suggest going to Newberg You tube and looking at some how to videos. Narrow down what you need help with.
First block for most people is fitness level. The second is not knowing where to focus to find elk. Research and learn best places to look. Also be proficient with your weapon whether it be a bow, rifle, or muzzleloader.
