Heading north tomorrow. We were planning on staying a couple weeks longer, but Montana is calling us back. I have a new Cooper 17 Remington waiting and a new to me first generation Colt SAA 38-40 and a Smith and Wesson single shot pistol that will need to be shot. Gophers are out, and the call to come home is deafening.

I few more pictures to help describe what we see here that we don’t in Montana. This is a petrified tree log we tried to get home for firewood and a picture of the Smith andWesson...

I celebrate 50 years with that car. I bought it as a junior in high school and kept it as a daily driver and grocery getter when we were first married. I make my wife drive this nowadays...
