4. Kids stopped getting bb guns for their 12th birthday
5. Kids stopped being allowed to use any of the above unsupervised after simple instruction

Just a some what regular dude. I keep a 4th monitor open with HT while at work. I work a lot right now making up for the spring and fall. Don't worry postings will drop off as I work less when fishing or hunting. My ability to get work done is not affected by HT because of the nature of what I do.

Actually I have worked in construction since I was 14. Now I over see a couple large projects and train the younger guys learning the estimating and project management process. I review their work. And prepare ITB. Also meet walk in customers and vendors when applicable. Some days its crazy busy and some days I have hours between meetings and down time. Young guys are busy preparing things and nobody is walking in. I am a busy body. If something needs done I get it done. If that means a 20hr day I do it. But on the flip side if there is nothing to do I make my self available to help and do long term planning and am bored. Also answer phone calls. Lots of phone calls.
