interesting - I can't seem to locate this article anywhere else but this website - not on NRA's website - not on the US govt website for supreme court hearings, not on any of the major newspaper websites - not even on any of the ant-gun websites - I'm confused.

Roger, I apologize. I read the headlines and was thinking they were an upfront orginazation. After reading your post. I went back an clicked on the testimony. After reading the testimony, I have the feeling that this article is just self serving for the reporter. His argument in this case was not for or against gun registration.
This is why I don't read newspapers. They sucked me in again, and it ain't even a real newspaper.
