Twitter as an extension of the DNC would've been sufficient....and that is what I posited.

I am unaware that Fox has ever officially acknowledged that they are an extension of the GOP. They like to say fair and balanced, for what that is worth.

If you want to debate economy, border, inflation, crime, foreign relations, etc I’m all for that. The reason this is all about attacking Trump is because Biden supporters can’t talk issues, he’s underwater and a loser in every one of those categories.

I bet we actually agree on what we'd like to actually see as far as outcomes on a bunch of those topics.

Part of the problem with this entire conversation is that the President is the head of Executive, and a lot of these issues are for the Legislature to deal with. I think Presidents have been issuing far too many executive actions, trying to make up for loggerheads in congress.

The job of the President is to run our government.

Trump did a terrible job in this regard. He couldn't assemble a cabinet, he had extremely high turnover, lots of department heads were never confirmed. The news cycles were dominated by these clashes. Not to mention drafting all his kids into the administration.

Overarching all that, I think that most important part of our democracy full stop is the peaceful transition of power. That single feature is what separates our country from autocracies. The fact that he wouldn't give up power, and still doesn't admit that he lost is the single largest reason I won't vote for him.

I don't like Biden, I don't agree with him on a lot of policy. I do think he has formed a functioning government at least as well as past presidents, and I do think that if he loses in November he will leave office.

I wish Charlie Baker was Republican Nominee, would have made it an easy choice.
