Are you looking for a private or public land hunt? For the cost of a NR licence and a $48 Annual Public Hunting permit, you can camp and hunt several public land areas that are covered in hogs.
You should check out of the Texas Hunting forum.
Lots of spots, either sit stands over feeders or do some thermal hunting at night or spot and stalk.
Look out as there are lots of put and take type hunting spots as well. You don;t want that type of hunt.

Starting to get into the best time of the year to hunt them, I would book soon.
And as stated some public land hunting to be had.

They are quite fun to hunt but very challenging, good luck. We're headed down first week in march to the family place for a hunt.

I did a wounded warrior hog hunt on a private club a couple of years ago. It was awesome. We ran them with dogs and then tackled them and stabbed them. Bastards are strong!!!
