Taking my life back

Totally agree. I’ve been saying for quite some time that I believe a lot of our physical and mental health issues along with behavioral problems with kids in many instances can be tied back to this. I saw just recently that highly processed meats are now classified as the same carcinogen level as smoking and asbestos. Pretty wild.
Alot of ppl are unbelieving of the fake ingredients
@Turkeygetpwnd38 is spot on.

For all the doctors that won't put you on testosterone there is a bunch of hormone mills that want to put everyone on HRT. Your testosterone test is just a snapshot of that day. A poor nights sleep, stress, and poor food choices can make that number swing a lot day to day & you can make that number improve greatly with simple(not always easy) lifestyle choices. Its also amazing that we have the option of HRT, because lifestyle doesn't always fix it.

And 100% the cash pay clinics are superior in everyway to a clinic that takes insurance.
How is it that an outfit like MadMen or are they MarsMen with all their herbals versus TRT + utilizing your Free Test is not used.much more? Most of my research states using or replacing TRT results in your body stopping T production and then your need to a lifetime of using T becomes just that a lifetime of needing Test.Are the claimed results of MarsMen just false or are most men ignoring a real possibly healthier alternative in place of Trt as their only option?

Based on what evidence?

There have been a boatload studies on the subject, the vast majority of which show that patients tend to significantly underreport calorie intake (probably not being done nefariously IMO, they add up quick and are hard to track). Here is one of several that pop up in a short Google search:

Calories Underreported

A quick AI query of the data shows that people, on average, underreport their caloric intake somewhere between 15-45%. On a reported 2000 calorie intake, this could mean 3000-6000+ a week (or a pound or two per week).

If you can find a few studies that show the inverse, I would be happy to take a look. Always happy to challenge my opinion with new information.

*I don’t mean to derail the thread, and happy for anyone that finds a way to improve the way they feel. Hopefully it doesn’t come at a cost down the road.
