Sweet Meadow!

Why do these rules even exist? LIke with Bighorns in Montana. In Montana its darn near if not a felony to take a shed off the mountain but in Wyoming you apparently get a congratulations and a pat on the back.

I to find it interesting. For instance in the CMR, you can't pick up shed antlers. So then? why aren't hunters required to bone the big game and leave the bones to be chewed, decay, go back to nature, whatever. After all, antlers are insignificant compared to the bones.
Anybody have the answer?
 
Must be fun hunting sheds out west.Here in the east we stumble on a few each year during spring gobbler season;whitetails that is
