Supplement Red Flags

Good stuff Coach. I disliked supplements, especially the "test boosters" because I thought they were snake oil. Didn't know that companies are still able to put synthetic hormones in them. Reminds me of the pro hormones that so many young men damaged their endocrine systems with
 
I'm sure Coach will chime in, but over 20 some years of being a meathead, I've found that what works best for me is a proper diet, proper hydration, and plenty of sleep. The only supplement that I may have noticed any gain from is creatine, but that's mainly for strength, not endurance, but even the percieved strength gain was minimal, possibly placebo. If you're old like me, I do recommend having your hormone levels checked. TRT has been wonderful for me. Low test levels are no fun, but a reality for many men as we get older.
