January rutting bucks is wild to me! When do they shed their antlers and start growing again?

I used to still see them holding into April during turkey season.

March to April timeframe.

The wild thing about Florida is how diverse the whole state is.

One part of the state can have rutting bucks in July (down south) where other parts are January to Feb (Pan Handle)

Great news!
My buddy has already started this adventure off very strong.

He got it all on video too.

He’s out trying to get another one before we start our lotto tomorrow!

I told him to take another because the picture he took looks like the shadows are attacking him.

I’m stuck in traffic on 65 in Alabama.

Doesn’t matter, I’m already envisioning all the arrows being released this weekend and good clean shots!
