I just finished making 28 quarts of very beefy chili for Saturday's, indoor and outdoor 3D traditional archery shoot at Sherwood Forest Bowmen in Sussex WI.. Ive been making and serving the chili for this trad archery shoot for close to a decade now. Lots of archers will grab their recurve or longbow and come on out to shoot. Christmas trees filled with ornaments for your breaking enjoyment. Stick bows, and an outdoor 3D shoot in the deep snow makes for hungry bowmen.

I walked downstairs this morning and all I can smell in the house is Chili. Making that much, really fills the the house with the aroma.
