State Land Board Additional Access Update?

Earlier this summer there was talk about the state land board making 500k acres more land available to the public of which 100k would be available this year. Does anyone have any information on what land is included in the land that’s to be available this year? If it’s to be available for this years seasons we should be able to find out something soon.
