Stabilizers, do you hunt with one?

I bought a long stablizer (10" or 12") and realized how much it might get in the way when drawing/shooting near bushes or trees, so I practiced with and without, and I think I shoot better with it, but I can still hit shots (at least in practice, I never loosed an arrow at an animal last year) without it.

I tend to be a minimalist . If an accessory doesn't solve a problem or create an opportunity then why have it?

I have noticed in the past that I did shoot better with a stabilizer than without.
