Spot lighting for yotes, called in something else

The lion districts around Helena get filled quickly, most of the quotas on the east side were filled back in January. You always have to keep checking it during the season cause they typically get closed early.
Good call. Its closed to females where I've been hunting. Honestly, just seeing it would've been enough for me.
 
I love going out hunting with a full moon and some snow on the ground. You don't need any lights and you can see better. I have shot many coyotes at 30ft
I used to do alot of that in the midwest & NE back in the day with minimal success, but that's a dang good idea out here in MT w/snow and full moon, think I'm gonna have to give that a whirl next season. I've had so much fun this year in the daylight I didn't even consider going out at night. (y)
