I'm going to the Trinidad area sept. 13 to 25. Witch would be the best place to hunt, unit 85,851 or 140? Might have a place to stay north of Weston, if not i'm looking for a campground or anywhere to pitch a tent. I'm not trying to take anyones hotspot, just looking for a place to start. I'm not going to shoot the 1st legal elk i see,i'll hold out for something decent. If i don't shoot one i'll still be happy to just see one. I also posted in the hunting partner thread if anyone is interested. Thanks Jim.
