some weekend pictures, guess what??

first is these mystery micro frogs, maybe toads?? found on the river bank. Tiny little shits. Anyone know what they are?
Second critter is a penguin i think...... no, not really but it sure looks like it. We were hiking this steep hillside and found a porcupine den and when i held the kid up to it he said there was eggs in it. We went back a few weeks later and it had hatched. Guess what this ugly thing is?? He was all bad ass and hissing up a storm at us. Notice the outside of the den where the kid and wife are standing, it is piles of porky shit that covers the hillside.

Those look like the same type of little toads that were around the last place I worked

There were millions of them, you couldn't walk any where with out stepping on them, whether in the grass or on the roads, after a couple weeks, the roads were covered with little squished buggers

Driving slow on the roads sounded like you had studs in the tires made from the popping noise of smashed toads

The geese were walking around every day as if they were drunk from eating so many of them
