I'm a little confused by this whole thread. Swaro warranty is 10 years. It's not 22 years.

I’ve had mine since 2012. In at least once since 22. No charge. Just send them in and get a superior product back. I think as long as you care for them in a sensible manner they may likely give you the benefit of the doubt.

OP states purchased in 2003 and sent in for service in 2025.
I dropped a rented pair of SLC's in the mud on POW in 2021. I followed the Swarovski cleaning process in their online manual. Worked great. Eye cups not gritty and no lens scratches. (Phew!!!)
