Well considering I joined in 2016, I guess I have been a bit of a lurker for a while. With getting monitored on any social media I do, I tend to keep my mouth shut and just read content on sites. However my first retirement is literally around the corner so time to chat a bit. Maryland resident here. Hunt whitetail, sika, and turkey here in Maryland. I enjoy my trips to Wyoming for mule deer and antelope and this year elk hunted in Montana. When my kids turn 18, I will hopefully be buying resident tags out there instead of non-resident. I am completely a DIY public land (out west) hunter with access to private land here in Maryland.

Welcome from NM and congratulations on retirement. I lived in MD for about ten years and hunted public at Patuxent NWR and USDA Research lands. You're lucky to live where there are a bunch of deer. Pretty good duck and goose at times also!
