I loosely followed a recipe I saw on Meateater’s instagram last week. I had to leave out a few things, like the Chile’s in adobo cuz I couldn’t find that. I left the refried beans out cuz I wasn’t feeling them, and I added Spanish paprika and cayenne seasoning. All we had for cheese was sharp cheddar and mozzarella so that’s what I used. To braise the legs I used Busch lattes! It still turned out delicious!

Looks great n driving me crazy!!! Getting ready for the Montana mountains n loosing weight now so can’t partake in such fine food!!!!

There was probably enough for 2-3 people there, but I couldn't stop eating and ate the whole plate of them! I felt guilty and miserable afterwords so I had to slumber through a 4 mile trail run afterwards to work towards my quest to be ready for the mountains in September.
