Snack Stick Suggestions: Kid friendly

Hey Guys, I have about 6lbs of scrap I need to turn to sausage, I was thinking summer sausage but I've made a batch of that already this past spring, so I was looking into a sausage stick recipe that the kiddos would enjoy (unfortunately not spicy), either homemade seasonings or a Hi mountain or weston suggestion?

I have tried Hank Shaw's "slim jim" style stick which was good but looking for other suggestions

I have been very happy with the Hi Mountain snack stick kits. But have only done jalapeno so far, and while I don't consider it spicy some people do. I have a cracked pepper and garlic seasoning packet I haven't tried yet. Hopefully in the next month or so with some deer meat. I also buy high temp cheese to add to the mix.

I buy my stuff from Butcher Packer

They have 10lb kits for snack sticks and other sausages so if you add a bit of other trim and some fat or add beef or pork you'll be set.

I’ve only had the spicy mixes but Walton’s makes good products. Maple bacon or ranch might be a hit with the kids.
