Smoke cheese without a vacuum sealer

Got rid of my vacuum sealer over the summer. Was looking to smoke some cheese now that cold weather is setting in, anyone just use ziplocs or some other means of storing it while it rests?

I just put it in Ziploc’s and keep it in the fridge.

I always vacuum seal, but I think a tight Saran Wrap would work. Could put in zip loc as well.
