It topped $80/ozt again today.

I try to buy a tube of Silver Eagles every year, just cause. I have a small stack of inherited silver i'm sitting on as well.

I'm not buying right now though.

My brother started buying silver a few years ago because he doesn't understand retirement accounts or anything. But he drinks heavy and thought it would be funny to have a bunch of precious metal bars around. He didn't buy gold because it felt too small in his hand, so he picked up silver because it had some weight. He feels like a very savvy investor at the moment, he's going to start blowing me up about how smart he is any minute haha

Ha, early last year I was selling Canada silver 1 oz wildlife coins on here in the classifieds for $35. Wish I hadn't, lol! Oh well, buyer's happy!

I bought some silver from guy three years ago that inherited a bunch when his father passed away. I paid him $21 an ounce which was his asking price. I wish I would have bought everything he had, which was about $35,000 worth at 21/ounce.

Went hard into gold and silver in august 2024. That Money has more than doubled since! If crypto would get out of the pot, id be all set. I am not interested in holding crypto long term and will turn it into gold/silver, land, or cattle as soon as the time is right. I think precious metals are always a good hedge.

From what Ive read silver has been unvalued and intentional made lower to keep the US dollar strong. Buyer beware its really violate right now, and considerable risky, Four years ago you could buy it for $15 oz spot and has been consistently under $30 until last year.

You really should,....how about 15 oz for the rifle? I think I paid $530 for that tube. I would personally hold onto it, if it was me. It might be worth 6k in a few years.

I dont have any need for that gun anymore. I'm thinking about selling the amount that would get my cash back out of the gun so maybe half a dozen then the rest it really doesn't matter what happens with it. Might be worth half in 6 years too idk.

I bought a fairly large stake of SLV, GLD, and GDXJ a few years ago when SLV was around $20. I listened to too much Peter Schiff and he was making a lot of sense. It’s looking pretty sweet now. Kinda wish I owned some physical instead of digital silver and gold.
