Has anyone ever had cerakote removed by laser ablation? It's widely used for etching/designs but can be used for full removal, but I don't see many details from providers.
I coated a rifle in tungsten (years ago), but wasn't informed that all silver/gray color options have microscopic metal flakes which increases friction. I have been able to look past it all these years, but my wife doesn't like it and it seems removal without blasting is now an option.
Have you had it done and did you like the results? Who did it for you?
