Who knew there were 2 DaveN with PP accounts? There was only a slight difference in the accounts. He finally sent me my money back so give it up and sell me the scope!

What about a silver VX II 3-9? I have one I plan to pull off a gun soon so I can upgrade.

Great. I will send a photo this evening when I return from work. You asked for a VX-2, but I have an older VX-II. They are similar but not identical so want to make sure you are clear on this.
A quick google indicates the VX-2 may be more similar to the VX-III. I am located in Bozeman.

His profile was the first thing I looked at..A 10 year member with 42 posts at the time seemed odd and the reply to my looking for a particular scope being his 43rd. post kinda made me a bit suspicious. I've had a couple deals go sideways. One from a PayPal screw up another from a scammer thief. I'm just a little cautious and will admit that at my age I don't always see what's in front of me. I thought it was a fairly non offensive request for him to prove who he was. He's going to send some pictures of the scope later and we'll see how it progresses and hopefully we can put a deal together.

The scope I have is the VX2. It's a beautiful scope that I think compliments the rifle I have it on. I'm actually looking for silver as the important factor. I have another stainless rifle that I would like to mount it on.
