Shout out to Pelican

I bought a Pelican 1750 rifle case for airline travel in 2016. This year, flying to Alaska it arrived with a busted latch. When I got home I called customer service and asked if I could buy a new one. They sent me a new, latch, pin and instructions for install free of charge.

Picked up a 20QT Pelican cooler for an August CO road trip...good product.

Had the exact same experience with the pelican customer service they actually sent two latches and I only needed one.

I had a similar experience with cooler latches. Sent out new ones no questions asked.
