Anybody ever use yellow/amber for low light conditions? Borrowed a pair this year for a morning hunt and was surprised.

Makes a difference doesn't it, John?
In my situation I couldn't believe the difference when I was looking into what I would call *flat light* at first light the morning I borrowed then.
Any brands you would recommend if I were to buy a pair?.

having snowboarded regurlarly in the Pacific Northwest I became a huge fan of yellow lenses. I scored these vintage bausche and lomb Ray Bans for the range but have never used them out hunting.

I always buy a pair of yellow lenses when I get new prescription glasses made. It's a huge difference in the ability to pick small details out in flat light. Only bad part is, when I wear them I look like Walter in the big lebowski.
