Been shooting little picketpens with the .22 mag. I need some info on where to get the best deals on some .22 mag shells.

I buy mine at the gun shows. What brand and bullet does your rifle like best? Sometimes Sportsmans Guide or Cheaper than Dirt have pretty low prices.

My gun seems to shoot the cheap wiinchesters pretty well. It hates CCI's. I haven't done alot of shooting on paper so I couldn't tell you exactly what it likes.

Mine shoots the regular Winchester 40 gr HPs into one-inch groups. It does not like the CCI +V loads at all. Sportsmen's Guide or Cheaper than Dirt offer pretty good prices if you buy 1000 (2 bricks) or more. That's the only way it saves, when they add shipping on top of the price.

Has anybody else had trouble with cheaper than dirt holding backorders for along time? Seems like every time that I order some cor-bon ammo from them it takes months to get here.
