Sell me optic accessories

I just bought myself a set of NL pures 12x42. Sell me on a tripod adpater. I also got a new phone and will either need to upgrade my phone scope case which I am not a fan of or I am open to other phone to spotting scope adapters. If you have any to avoid or recommend, I am all ears!

We do not have to "SELL" you on a tripod adaptor. Hands down you will be able to glass for longer, far more effectively!, and far more comfortably when put them on a tripod. If none of that is appealing then keep doing it the hard, less effective way. Send binos in to Outdoorsman for a bino warranty protected retrofit of a stud...at least it was for my 10x42 ELs.

OLLIN adaptors are HARD to beat. Instant set up for taking photos/video as compared to at least my older phone skope gear that required fudging around every single time I used it.

IN a pinch you can yank the phone part of the Ollin adaptor and position on a newer model phone case, or any case for current phone with a fully flat back as needed. It is just super duper 3M double side tape holding the case adaptor parts together, thus can be deconstructed and reassembled.

Outdoormans stud for glassing off the tripod and definitely the forehead piece from swaro.

Unfortunately for you, sometime this year all NL Pure models will come with a stud similar to the Outdoorsman’s stud. In lieu of that, I’d look at Ollin”s offering. No personal experience, but I saw in person at a show and it looks really nice.

MUTNT makes one for the NL pures. Pricey and heavy but they work. You’ll need to buy the extra stud for it.

Looks like they will retrofit your NL Pure's for free during the first year if you purchase the tripod adaptor.

"Within the first year (June 2024-June 2025) the retrofitting of the NL Pure binoculars is free of charge, when purchasing a SWAROVSKI OPTIK TAs tripod adapter. To do so, the TAs proof of purchase together with the NL Pure model must be sent to our customer service directly by the customer or through the specialist dealer."

I'm a big fan of Ollin adapters. The magnetic holds better than phone scope. I got Samsung s23 phone scope and I like ollin better

Regular cameras tripod. Piece of flat 2” sheet metal about 6-7” across (3/8” holes drilled in each far corner) with a hole drilled in the center to accommodate the mounting nut. A bungee cord or two…crisscrossed to hold the bins in place. Or some used, frayed paracord. Whatever is on hand. To be honest, I used kitchen twine - no, seriously. It’s what was on hand.

My first binocular tripod mount was exactly that.

Actually, I’m still using it. Except I went to paracord instead of kitchen twine.
