Seattle area fishing

There is a chance I will be in Seattle the first week of June for a conference and while there I would love to get a chance to do some salmon fishing though I am not sure if that is even possible that time of year but if so, how would I go about lining it up or who would you recommend to contact?

If the fishing doesn't work out, is there any other must-do or must-see things to take in while out there?

There should be some options right out of Seattle or one of the marinas close by (Shilshole). Another option is if you have a couple of days is to check out the San Juans.

I did some charter fishing out of Westport. Quite a few boats there. They had salmon fishing, but I don't remember the season dates...
