SD paddlefish

Has anyone here snagged a paddlefish at the Gavins Point Dam in South Dakota?

Wondering about timing, does it make much difference to go earlier in the season, or is it consistent throughout October? Also processing, are there butchers/processers in the area that cater to traveling fishermen?

I don't know about SAD but in MT it all comes down to water flow. I think it's 22,000 cubic feet of water flow to trigger them.
