Scope for my new Henry 45-70

Here's the Skinner peep and scope mount, Talley QR rings and a 1" tube 1.5-5x Leupold I've had for some years.

Mounted it on a Henry 360 Buckhammer and it's working out GREAT.

What ever you get, be sure it has plenty of eye relief.
I use a low end Steiner on mine, it’s a 2-10 and has huge eye relief.

Removed the peep & blade...still had to install an ugly-azzed cheek appliance for adequate weld

I read on here where some one had a leupold vh-5hd-1-5x24 for sale I would be interested in buying it for my Henry 45/70 thanks mike
