My question is what are the FFL dealers in Wash. and Ore. going to be charging to do a 4473 and the background check on an exchange. It was simple with the occasional state to state or dealer to dealer transfer but having an influx of neighbor to neighbor I could easily see a fee of 20 to 30$ go to 50 or 100$. The sad thing about this is none of the past shooting would have been stopped by these laws.
