Since squatch are most definitely bipedal like humans, I would aim for center mass. With that being said, I've never considered the Achilles heel shot. I think you might be onto something with that one.

I feel like you would just have a big angry gorilla with a mad limp trying to rip your head off then!

That, or he (or she) will drop down and run at you like a 3 legged dog!

I'd think repeated groin shots would be better than the Achilles heel...
