Not in my opinion, I doubt that he will ever be a top end buck, more bang for your buck if you shoot this buck instead of shooting one that is 10 inches better and two or three years younger.
This buck will get shot next year given the chance regardless of what size he is. Definitely agree he appears he'll never be a monster. Last year he looked like he had potential, but this year proved otherwise. I've definitely gotten to a point where I prefer to shoot a more mature buck rather than just a higher scoring one, so will be interested in getting him. I would guess he'd be 5.5 next year based on last year's photo, but we'll see if we get him and I can send teeth in.

This is another buck that got smaller one year then blew back up the next. He didn't lose points, though, and had a lot more potential to begin with. Some of his points were broken off in the photo, but he still wasn't as big as the first year even if they weren't broken. I wouldn't expect this transformation back, but I can hope :)
