It's good to see our leaders don't want dam breaching, but don't have any other better ideas either.

Everything short of dam breaching has been tried, and all have failed miserably. How do you get more aggressive than hatcheries, turbin screens, barging, etc. etc. etc. its all been tried. Any new ideas are just smoke and mirrors so the dumbass politicians can say, "well we tried". Never mind that salmon and steelhead are continuing to decline. But hey, they gave salmon and steelhead recovery a hell of try didnt they?

No use letting all that science and expert advice get in the way of politics.
