Salewa recall

Anyone had any luck with the Salewa AP2 recall? I tried calling Salewa with no answer. I finally got them to IM me and they said to go back to the point of purchase and they’ll handle it for me. I sent an email to GOHUNT and waiting for a reply now. The weird part is that the remedy advises me that they should go to Salewa.

Omg! They’re terrible! Took a month for someone to tell me how to get to the recall portion. Also, the username & password will be the same from the Salewa website.

How to get to the recall page:

Oberalp STS Error

Login To Oberalp Group

serviceportal.oberalp.it

Select Salewa
Click services
Click recall
Click my claims
Open new recall claim

Yeah finally figured it out. They "let" you pick updated or new shoes for the recall but they ended up sending the same exact shoe with the cable guard. Great boots but piss poor customer service.

You should see the email chain I have with them.
