Seems to be the Sagie's way of giving you a middle finger.

I like a Kent Bismuth #5 in a 1 1/8 ounce load. Good for everything. 6's will work just fine as well. It's a little much for huns & sharpies, but dead is dead.
 
Also, what’s the best load, and chokes to use out there? We will both have 12ga.
I agree with the comments that your preferred pheasant load is good. SG are much bigger but not as tough. I shoot both with 3" 20ga #5s.
