Last of our antelope backstrap at the Brockel house. But we made the most of it. Smaller chunk didn’t have jalapeño mixed with the cream cheese and bacon bits. But one was packed full of jalapeños

350 on the grill till internal is 133. Think it took about 30 for smaller chunk and 45 for the other one
